Update: Commencement of Academic Activities for a New Semester.

Dear Learners,

As you are aware, academic activities have commenced for the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic session for Batch A.

The Batch B admission exercise has now been concluded and the learners in this category will commence their first-semester academic activities immediately. Let me, therefore, use this opportunity to congratulate the Batch A learners for successfully completing the first semester. As the pioneers in this programme, it is understandable and normal if your journey through the first semester was bumpy.

We have learned and will continue to learn from these bumpy experiences through your valued feedback in order to smoothen your learning path and serve you better. The Management of CDeL, under my leadership, is committed to making your experience in this programme pleasant, exciting and impactful.

We would, therefore, continue to be responsive to your aspirations and needs while promoting those ideals that make the University of Nigeria is a primus inter pares, and indeed the most sought-after University in the whole of Africa, north of the Limpopo and south of the Sahara.

I also find pleasure in congratulating the Batch B learners for scaling through both hands and never allow it to slip through your fingers. Take your studies and other instructions seriously and be sure you are on time with your assignments.

The University has a wonderful team of highly qualified and dedicated facilitators (lecturers) and other efficient learner support staff who will make your learning experience worthwhile. You will be joining a vibrant community of learners who want to make a difference.
